General Terms

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and PHH365. This agreement governs your use of our platform, including but not limited to live casino games, sports betting, esports wagering, baccarat, and all associated promotions.
PHH365 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly for any updates. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the PHH365 platform immediately. Playing on PHH365 means you're agreeing to play by the rules — and we take that seriously, for everyone's benefit.
Section 2
Eligibility
To be eligible to register and play on PHH365, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted by applicable law.
- You must not be an employee, director, officer, or agent of PHH365 or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of such persons.
- You must not be on any self-exclusion list or have been barred from gambling by any regulatory authority.
- You must not be accessing the platform from a restricted jurisdiction.
PHH365 takes responsible gaming seriously. By registering, you confirm that you are not a problem gambler and that participation in online casino games, sports betting, or any other gaming service on this platform is done voluntarily and responsibly. PHH365 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, or residency at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

Accounts & Registration
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active PHH365 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, IP address, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these terms and conditions. PHH365 uses advanced fraud detection systems to identify multi-accounting, and any accounts found to be duplicates will be closed without prior notice, with all associated balances forfeited.
Registration Requirements
When registering on PHH365, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Any false information provided during registration may result in immediate account termination.
Account Verification (KYC)
PHH365 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:
- Government-issued photo ID (PhilSys national ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS card, PRC ID)
- Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 90 days)
- Proof of ownership for any payment method used (e.g., GCash or Maya account screenshot)
Withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete. This is a standard security measure that protects you and the integrity of the platform.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. PHH365 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately at support@phh365.com.

Deposits & Withdrawals
PHH365 supports a range of payment methods that are popular and convenient for players in the Philippines. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).
Accepted Payment Methods
- E-Wallets: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph
- Bank Transfers: BDO, BPI, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet
- Cards: Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards linked to a Philippine bank account
Deposit Policies
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes for e-wallet transactions. Bank transfers via PESONet may take up to one banking day. PHH365 does not accept cash deposits or payments via third parties.
The minimum deposit on PHH365 starts at ₱100 for most e-wallet methods. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification level.
Withdrawal Policies
To request a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours on business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits, unless otherwise approved by our finance team.
PHH365 does not charge withdrawal fees, but your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges. It is your responsibility to be aware of any third-party fees that may apply.
Winnings derived from bonus funds may only be withdrawn after satisfying the applicable wagering requirements as described in Section 5. PHH365 reserves the right to conduct additional identity or source-of-funds checks before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts.
Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions
PHH365 offers a variety of promotions — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and special event promos — to enhance your gaming experience. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside each promotion.
General Bonus Rules
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called "rollover" or "playthrough"). These requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
- Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for all PHH365 bonuses is 20x the bonus amount.
- Bonuses are valid for the time period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
- PHH365 offers one welcome bonus per household, IP address, and device. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses through new accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
- PHH365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice.
- Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting system errors, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or coordinated betting to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
Refer a Friend Program
PHH365's Refer a Friend program rewards you for bringing new players to the platform. Referral bonuses are credited only when the referred friend completes registration, passes KYC verification, makes a qualifying deposit, and fulfills the minimum wagering requirement. Self-referrals are prohibited.
Section 6
Gameplay & Fair Play
PHH365 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. All games available on the platform — including live casino, baccarat, sports betting, and esports — operate under certified and audited systems designed to ensure randomness and integrity.
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on PHH365 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, and forfeiture of all funds:
- Collusion with other players to gain unfair advantage
- Use of bots, automated software, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform
- Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors — any winnings resulting from such exploits are not valid
- Arbitrage betting or any strategy deliberately designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome in a manner not consistent with normal gaming activity
- Any form of fraud, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials
- Sharing account credentials with third parties or allowing others to play on your behalf
Bet Cancellation & Void
PHH365 reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by match-fixing, data errors, or technical failures. In cases where odds were clearly published in error, PHH365 may void affected bets and refund stakes at its discretion. These decisions are final.
Section 7
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, PHH365 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
This includes but is not limited to losses resulting from:
- Platform downtime, maintenance, or technical failures
- Delays in payment processing by third-party payment providers
- Errors in odds, game outcomes, or scores due to data provider inaccuracies
- Unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to maintain account security
- Natural events, government actions, or any force majeure circumstances
PHH365's maximum liability to you in any event shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits PHH365's liability for fraud or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law.
Section 8
Privacy & Data
PHH365 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. By using our platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Your personal data is used for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications. PHH365 will never sell your personal data to third parties.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@phh365.com.
Section 9
Account Termination
You may close your PHH365 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon requesting closure, any pending bets will be settled, and your remaining balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
PHH365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions
- Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any criminal conduct
- Failure to pass KYC verification within the required timeframe
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
- Regulatory requirements or instructions from law enforcement authorities
In cases of account closure due to a breach of these terms, PHH365 may forfeit the entire account balance. PHH365's decision on account closures is final, subject to applicable regulatory review processes.
Section 10
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
PHH365 operates in compliance with all applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Where any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable under Philippine law, such provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
